CNC Machine Operator

Come join our well- established company, conveniently located near the 405 and 22 freeway in Westminster, CA., We offer a fun, casual dress work environment. This is a full-time temp-to-hire position working Monday-Thursday on the morning shift with occasional overtime. This position is an entry level role. Training will be provided. This position is seasonal with approximately 3 months of work, with the possibility of turning into permanent positions.

We are custom plastic thermoformers. A major part of our business is aerospace. Our Heavy Gauge department makes all sorts of aircraft cabin interior parts which are thermoformed and require 5-Axis CNC Router trimming to cut the parts out and finish trim. We are 100% 3D solid model based and do not do any of the part trimming by hand. All parts are trimmed on one of our (7) CNC 5-Axis Router Mills.

Responsibilities include the following.

• Perform spot checks of products to ensure adherence to approved quality standards.
• Notify management of product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions.
• Adhere to established company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations.
• Wear personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
