Culture & Community at Tru-Form Plastics
Tru-Form Plastics continues to build a strong family business with a customer first culture. Supporting our employees, customers and community is part of who we are. That is why we have high employee engagement scores and low rates of voluntary turnover.
Supporting Local Youth Through Shelter Donations
For the past two years, Tru-Form Plastics has donated clothing and canned goods to the Waymakers Huntington Beach Youth Shelter. These contributions help provide stability and essential resources for young people facing crisis in Orange County. We’re proud to support an organization focused on crisis intervention, family reunification, and ending youth homelessness.

Partnering with Students to Build a Winning Race Car
We partnered with students from Edison High School to thermoform a custom-designed body for their remote-controlled hydrogen fuel cell race car. The team went on to win 1st place in the 2024 Horizon Hydrogen Grand Prix Finals, an achievement that reflects both their creativity and commitment to renewable energy innovation.
Hosting a Blood Drive for the Community
Tru-Form Plastics hosted a Blue Cross blood drive at our manufacturing facility in Westminster, California, bringing team members and local residents together to help meet the urgent need for blood donations.
