Jim Goode

Chief Executive Officer

An executive with 32 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, wireless telecommunications, aerospace & defense, and medical equipment industries with management roles in several functions including accounting, finance, operations, customer service, marketing, sales, human resources, and corporate development.  He began his career in accounting and finance. He has held leadership positions in various functional areas with increasing levels of responsibility for LA Cellular, Cingular Wireless, and AT&T Mobility. He was Vice President of Corporate Development serving the Aerospace and Defense markets for AP Labs, which was acquired by Kontron, Chief Operating Officer for Rad Works serving the medical imaging equipment market and Vice President of Client Solutions for EGS.  He earned an MBA degree from the University of Southern California. He has served as American Innotek & Tru-Form Plastics President and CEO since 2015.

Adam Blaesser

Chief Financial Officer

Is a Certified Public Accountant, active, and earned a Master of Business Administration, Finance degree from the University of Southern California. He has an impressive background in Aerospace previously as Financial Analyst, and Internal Auditor for The Boeing Company, then became the Finance Manager with Easton. His most recent experience before joining Tru-Form Plastics was with Safran (Formally Zodiac Aerospace) as their controller before being promoted to Chief Financial Officer. He brings tremendous insight into the Aerospace industry, still has valuable relationships with Aerospace companies who are also customers. He recruited the members of our accounting team from Safran. He has expertise in ERP systems and is also responsible for quoting and IT.

John Hoffman

Director of Innovation

Tru-Form Plastics Director of innovation has 27 years of direct experience in thermoforming focused primarily in medical, automotive, electronics and consumer products industries. He works collaboratively with customers using a needs-based analysis and creative industrial design for manufacturability through the entire product and package cycle. A seasoned Industrial Designer with several design patents, he carefully listens, asks questions and learns about the packing engineer’s and project manager’s vision of the product. He is an accomplished artist and can quickly sketch conceptual drawing that look like they come from a CAD system. He is well trained in sales techniques and has refined a solution selling approach that helps customers increase their speed to market by quickly passing qualification. He joined Tru-Form Plastics in July of 2018. He received a B.S in Industrial Design from the Ohio State University and has completed continuing education courses in Sustainable Design at Catholic University and in Automotive Design at the College for Creative Studies at the Art Institute of Chicago.

Joe Campbell

Design/Engineering Manager

Has broad manufacturing experience with Quality Control, CAD Design and Operations Management. Began his career in plastics by establishing an inspection department for a large injection molding company as QC Manager. Later promoted to Plant Manager where he piloted the first program to automate the entire production line. Built state of the art QC lab with all digital SQC/SPC equipment & pc interfaces for Reynolds Metals – Flexible Packaging Division. Experience building cleanroom environments and working to AS 9100 and ISO 9001:2000 standards with Kaizen and Empowered TEAMs. As a CAD design engineer, Joe has designed and built hundreds of thermoform tools. Most recently designing and building molds for heavy gauge and thin gauge thermoforming. (Medical, Aerospace and Defense) Leading design and engineering departments.

Paul Moore

Plant Manager

Our Plant Manager has 32 years of thermoforming experience with one of the largest thermoforming companies in the United States. He has deep knowledge of thermoforming machines, processes, and certification methods, willingly and effectively shares his know how to teach and develop his team. Known as “The Machine Whisperer” he can listen to a machine and detect problems by the slightest deviation of sound. He is well respected and well known in the thermoforming industry

Tino Pulido

Director of Quality Assurance

With over 30 years of experience in manufacturing, quality assurance and plant management, our QA Director knows, documents and helps continually improve the processes that optimize repeatability and predictability of custom manufactured parts and assemblies that conform to our customer’s stringent quality requirements. He joined Intertrade Industries in 2006 and has 15 years of experience in custom thermoforming as a quality manager and plant manager and Director of Quality Assurance.

Edgar Rodriguez

Production Manager

Our Production Manager joined us in April 2019. He is a graduate from California State Polytechnic University and has a Six Sigma Green Belt in Project Management. He began his plastics career in 2012 as a Thermoforming Technician, was promoted to a Lead Technician, then Production supervisor. Within 6 months of Joining Tru-Form, he was promoted to Production Manager with multiple supervisors and leads reporting to him. He is our lead recruiter since many of our high skilled new hires contacted him because they had previously worked for him, heard great things about the Tru-Form Plastics culture and approached his to ask to be hired.  He is a well-respected manager who is often on the production floor providing hands on coaching and mentoring to his team and ensuring quality parts and assemblies are produced within quality and productivity standards and shipped on time.

Mark Franco

Procurement Manager

Our Procurement Manager has over 28 years of experience in Thermoforming. He has a deep knowledge of the various types of plastics he procures in sheets and rolls and has built strong relationships with the companies who supply plastics to Tru-Form. He started his career as an entry level production position and was promoted to supervisors and management positions. He joined InterTrade Industries in 2015 as Materials Manager and promoted to Interim Plant Manager, before becoming Procurement Manager after Tru-Form Plastics was integrated into InterTrade Industries.


Maggie Shaw

Customer Service Lead

The person who leads our customer service team has over 30 years of customer experience. She began her career managing a team of 19 people in a retail store. Prior to joining TFP in March of 2018, she was responsible for inside sales for a special purpose alloy and metals manufacturing company.  She is an exceptionally positive person who loves to serve customers and enjoys working cross functionally to expedite parts to help customers when they are in urgent need.


Jose Ruiz

Facilities and Machine Maintenance Manager

Our Facilities and Machine Maintenance Manager joined the TFP team in 2020 as a Maintenance Mechanic and was promoted to Maintenance Manager within 6 months. Jose has over 15 years of experience in the maintenance industry. With an electrician certification, he’s been working in the plastic industry for over 12 years. Jose worked with various production equipment, such as injector molding extruders, and thermoforming. He is always looking for ways to improve downtime and efficiency on machinery. Team player and loves working together with his team.
