Thermoforming products are frequently utilized in the electronics industry. These products are manufactured for handling highly sensitive semiconductor products during shipment or within the manufacturing process. The trays and packaging can be designed to handle the smallest of semiconductors to entire printed circuit boards. Various options of materials are available such as PVC and high-impact polystyrene, depending on the customer’s requirements.
These materials are also available with different levels of resistivity in order to meet our customer’s specifications. Depending on the end user, the antistatic property can be embedded into the base material or applied as a coating to the material, prior to thermoforming.
