Punching & Fixture Support
In addition to routing, we use steel rule die punch presses for parts that require speed and simplicity in forming perforations, vents, or mounting points. These presses allow for efficient, high-volume finishing on both thin and heavy gauge parts.
To maintain part integrity, we use vacuum-hold fixtures that secure each form in place before trimming begins. This ensures each part is cut cleanly along the programmed path – no shifting, no guessing.

Built for the Full Thermoforming Process
Trimming is a critical step in the plastic thermoforming process, especially for programs that require precision fits, cosmetic edges, or downstream assembly. We apply the same attention to detail here as we do in mold building, forming, and packaging.
As part of our precision thermoforming services, our CNC trimming team works closely with engineering to validate trim paths, optimize fixture design, and meet customer quality expectations.
