WESTMINSTER, Calif. – Full-service custom thermoformer Tru-Form Plastics, an InterTrade Industries Company, recently named Edgar Rodriguez as Production Supervisor at its Southern California headquarters, which offers extensive design, production, assembly, and distribution services. Rodriguez is a seasoned leader with 10 years of experience in plastic manufacturing.

Most recently, Rodriguez worked as a Production Supervisor at Nursery Supplies and at Pretium Packaging, a plastic bottle manufacturer, where he helped drive the company’s profitability with his problem-solving and development of team building skills that changed the culture. “If you take care of your employees, they’ll take care of you,” explains Rodriguez. “I look forward to building employees’ trust at Tru-Form Plastics as well to drive the company’s success.”
