Sustainability Best Practices in Custom Thermoforming

An overall raw material reduction and optimization is our green story to share.

We innovate with our design team and manufacturing talent to optimize the use of the chosen raw material. We use the least amount of plastic possible, driving generous radii and robust geometry into each solution. Therefore, we can manufacture in a lesser gauge than initially intended.

Sustainability best practices include:

  • Recycle all unused and scrap plastic
  • Use recycled plastic to make new parts when it meets customer requirements
  • Update our machinery with energy-efficient components regularly
